Appalachian Region “Appalachian Adventure”
Appalachian Adventure 2025 will be held at the Marriott MeadowView Conference Resort and Convention Center, in Kingsport, TN. September 18 – 21, 2025
This multi-event weekend will include:
Thursday, September 18: Welcome Reception in the Courtyard. Dinner will be on your own
Friday, September 19: Concours on the golf course, Parade laps at Bristol Motor Speedway, and Group Dinner at the hotel followed by Porsche Team Trivia Contest.
Saturday, September 20: Driving Tours, Awards Banquet at the Hotel recognizing the Concours winners and Porsche Trivia Team Champions. Guest speaker TBD.
Sunday, September 21: Fond farewells until next year
The Region will be using a two-part registration process similar to Parade.
Hotel Registration is scheduled to open on or about June 15, 2025 and Event Registration will open for those that have hotel rooms on or about July 15, 2025.
Event Registration for anyone not needing a hotel reservation will open on or about July 30, 2025.

Hotel Information
Appalachian Adventure 2025 will take place at the Marriott MeadowView Conference Resort and Convention Center, 1901 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport, TN 37660. A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellation requires 48-hour notice for full refund. The event room block expires August 18, 2025.
